For use on horse hair loss due to:
Equine Rain Rot / Rain Scald, Dew Poisoning, Patchy Shedding, Mud Fever, Ringworm, Skin Scalp, Scratches, Scrapes, Minor Cuts, Rubbing, Mange and other causes of hair loss.
Directions For Use:
Always wear gloves when applying EquiHeal. If small area(s) of hair loss, rinse and pat dry. If scabs are present, apply medicated soap and remove scabs. Apply EquiHeal to affected area(s).
For larger or numerous affected areas, it is recommended to bathe the entire horse with an antimicrobial shampoo and allow the horse to completely dry.
EquiHeal is a clinically tested formula that is designed to bond well to the horse skin. In many cases it may last multiple days. Monitor daily and apply additional paste as necessary. If rain is in the forecast, put the horse in a dry barn.
Hair growth is usually noticeable in 2-4 days. Full hair growth within 2-3 weeks. In some cases, full hair growth may be achieved in 10 days or less.
It is highly recommended to disinfect blankets and grooming supplies to help protect against future hair loss.
